Reckn LLC operates Mantle at mantlehq.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Mantle, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide directly: Full name, email address, city and state, professional background and experience, resume or uploaded documents, product listings and descriptions, and sales activity data.

Information collected automatically: Authentication session data, basic device and browser metadata required to operate the platform, and aggregated referral click data attributed to a rep's referral code.

We use your information to operate the Mantle platform, process payments through Stripe Connect, match reps with relevant founders, generate sales materials, send transactional notifications, and comply with legal obligations.

We share your information only in the following circumstances: with Stripe to process payments, with founders when a rep applies to sell their product (limited to name, city, bio, and resume), with reps when they are approved for a product (limited to product details and founder contact), and with law enforcement when required by law.

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level security controls. Resume files are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to the rep and the relevant founder via time-limited signed URLs. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for ongoing commission obligations.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mantlehq.app.

Mantle uses essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Mantle is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
